Hi, I'm Marlies! I've spent 15 years working in large international organisations, leading any type of team. So I know first-hand that leading people isn't always as straightforward as the textbooks make it sound!
My style? Practical, direct and energetic, with a healthy dose of humour. Expect plenty of interaction, real-life challenges and opportunities to practise.
My aim? For people to leave with more than a few new insights. I want them to actually do something differently.
